The large pool area is south facing so benefits from the sun all day. It is accessed via patio doors from the dining area and from the en-suite bathroom. The pool area is fenced for total privacy and is screened from insects and is provided with pool furniture comprising a table, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers.

The Lounge Area has 2 three seater couches one of which converts into a double bed enabling the villa to accommodate up to 10 people. There is a 42" Widescreen LCD remote control colour digital cable TV and a DVD/VCR player and an entertainment centre incorporating CD player, tuner and cassette player.
